MONOCHROME

Today we are featuring a monochrome creative styling idea, and you know we love a good color story around here in the Kairo Styling Studio.

Lets break it down. First, dress your model in one single color, then match it with the background using a backdrop or photo editing tool.To add one more layer of visual interest we will add a prop that also matches the chosen color.

Not only is this photoshoot idea simple, it can be extremely affordable, beginner friendly and its not seasonally limiting. Simple concepts really do translate extremely well into our photography, digital content creation, and fashion marketing shoots. By keeping a minimal palette and composition, it turns the focus to your product being showcased. Which is always the end goal.

We love the idea of mimicking the prop color to coordinate with the background and the wardrobe too. Its pleasing to the eye but can also add texture like in the wood stool example above.

Monochrome styled photoshoots can work extremely well for fashion, or product content creation. Even more so if your small brand is introducing a new colorway.
