STYLING FOAM TOPPERS

|| BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH

another outside of the box photoshoot idea for those looking to add a simple but visually interesting element to a studio shoot. This time we are using foam toppers. Yes, the type you put on your bed.

If you’ve never used one before they are basically thick slices of foam that don’t have any structure to them but curve and are like giant pillowy layers designed for comfort. Instead of placing them in your guest rooms we are using them to shoot your brand campaigns and digital media content.

The goal here is to utilize this foam topper prop as a visual line element in your shoot. Instruct your model to interact with it, rest on it, or get arial shots with it. You may also want to consider color here, although Important to note that color can easily be altered with the use of mostly any photo editing

software or ai tool. Using an element like this to display a color story seems like a ripe opportunity. You may also try curving it into interesting shapes for, you guessed it, visual interest. The game of styling is ultimately always to create interesting visuals that your audience hasn’t seen before.

This brand styling idea could also work extremely well if your product or brand is trying to emit a feeling of comfort to your audience. Speaks volumes without any words at all.

Let us know on our socials if you try it! We’ d love to see your brand content.
